How to find us

By Road:

From junction 11 of the M27 follow the brown Submarine (anchor) signs to Gosport along the A32. In South Street, turn into Haslar Road and cross Haslar Bridge - the Museum is second left next to the Royal Hospital Haslar and Fort Blockhouse. Parking is free for all (including coaches).

On Foot from Portsmouth Harbour:
From the Dockyard Gate proceed towards Portsmouth Harbour Station and the Gosport Ferry. (The Ferry runs from the jetty adjacent to the station every 15 minutes.)
From the Gosport Ferry Pontoon turn left and follow the sea wall to Haslar Bridge.
Proceed over Haslar Bridge. The Submarine Museum is the 2nd left after the bridge.

Water Bus:
A Water Bus service operates every 20 minutes between Portsmouth Harbour and the Submarine Museum from 10.30 to 17.00 (Easter to October). The Ticket Office is situated next to the Tourist information office at the entrance to the dockyard. For ferry details see http://www.gosportferry.co.uk

Bus:
The Provincial Co. No. 19 bus leaves the Gosport Bus Station (adjacent to the Ferry) at 20 minutes past the hour (ask for the Submarine Museum). The No.9 bus leaves at 10 to the hour and passes the Museum on the return leg of an around Gosport route.

Taxis:
There is a Taxi Service located adjacent to the Gosport Ferry Pontoon.
