Sad to read in today's papers that Gordon Selby has crossed the bar: truly a submarine legend. RIP

My wife and I along with a disabled friend visited the museum just before easter 07. We have to say that it was the best museum we have visited for years. The lively guided tour of the sub was memorable, we will certainly revisit. Money well spent and an eye opener to life below the water. Brilliant.

Ex-Oracle/Sealion/Onyx '84-91' does anyone know where the tower from E17 went, used to be in Alecto at Dolphin. I was part of the restoration team in 1989

My Grandad took me to the museum last year and I had such a great time that I am now doing a school project about HMS Alliance and have found the web site really helpful - thank you
